The National Documentation Centre (EKT) offers a specialised diagnostic analysis service to assess the innovation potential of businesses.
This service evaluates a company’s innovation capacity by identifying and highlighting its strengths and weaknesses. It then develops an action plan to improve innovation management. Additionally, the diagnostic analysis results activate a series of targeted services and tools provided by EKT, facilitating the implementation of the action plan and broader business strategy.
Methodology
At the core of this analysis lies a structured questionnaire. This is completed with the support of EKT’s trained and certified innovation consultants, who are experts in European methodologies and digital tools such as the Innovation Health Check (IHC) by Enterprise Ireland and the IMProve framework by Kearney.
Cost and Accessibility
This service is offered free of charge to a limited number of businesses each year as part of the support services promoted through the Enterprise Europe Network.
Expanding Scope
In the near future, EKT will also provide diagnostic analysis services to evaluate business operations based on sustainable and environmentally friendly development criteria.
